"Very Rude Owner of Toni & Guy Newbury"

My daughter came out of Toni& Guy Newbury today in floods of tears .

After a nice experience having her hair done she then had to face the weird and very very rude owner Sam … this woman is either Menopausal ( no disrespect to normal woman going through the menopause ) or extremely GREEDY!

There was absolutely no need to be so aggressive towards my daughter, she’s a young mother of 2 children having a treat .And then facing this person!

Words fail me , how do you sleep at night Sam ?

I would never recommend this salon.
